Shipping policy

The time frame for order delivery is divided into these parts:

 

• PROCESSING TIME: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. After an order has been placed, please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed.

 

• SHIPPING TIME: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 10 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. HOUSE OF RØK is not responsible for any import taxes which you may incur for receiving items into the destination country which you have stated on your order.
